MuTech is pleased to announce the interface for the M-Vision 1500 and the Basler A113/A113P cameras.

The M-Vision 1500 is a 16-bit digital PCI bus frame grabber designed for high resolution/high speed digital area and line scan cameras. Pixel depths of 8/10/12/14/16 are supported. 8 bits can be selected and displayed in real time on the VGA monitor. The M-Vision 1500 can operate as a master or slave on the PCI bus and can achieve over 50 Mbytes per second sustained transfer speed in master mode. Unlike some frame grabbers, the M-Vision 1500 does not lose lines under a heavy system load. The M-Vision 1500 can be easily programmed to interface to a wide range of digital cameras by loading a configuration (.ini) file.

The Basler A113 and A113P cameras output a single 8-bit per pixel channel. The A113/A113P is a progressive scan camera with 1300 pixels per line and 1030 lines per frame, it may be used in either free-run or asynchronous modes. In the asynchronous mode, the EXSYNC signal is controlled by the MV-1500 to initiate exposure and frame transfer. Also available from Basler is a variety of line scan cameras that interface to MuTech video capture products.
